SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION for AUTHORS:

  • Prepare Your paper: Before you begin the submission process, ensure that your paper is properly formatted according to the guidelines provided by the conference or journal. This typically includes details about paper length, formatting, referencing style, and any other specific requirements.
  • Create an Account:   In the online conference  submission system,  create an author account.   This account will allow you to submit your paper, track its status, and communicate with chairs.
  • Online Submission: Log in to your author account and navigate to the submission section. Here, you will be prompted to provide information about your paper and upload the files.
  • Abstract: Provide an abstract for your paper, usually limited to a specific word count.
  • Paper Upload: Upload your paper in the specified format. Ensure that it meets all the technical requirements, such as file type ( .doc or .docx) and file size limits (maximum length of 4 pages).
  • You can check the status of your paper by accessing the Author Console. Once a decision has been reached regarding your short paper, you will promptly find it listed under the “Status” section.
  • In the event that you are requested to revise your short paper, the status will be marked as “Revision.” You can access reviewer comments by clicking on “View Reviews.” In this scenario, please upload only a clean, unmarked file by clicking “Upload Revision” within two weeks of receiving your decision email. There’s no need to include response sheets.
  • When your submission meets the reviewers’ approval, the status will change to “Accept.” In this situation, you are cleared to proceed with the registration process.
  • Please ensure that your web browser has cookies and Javascript enabled.

Each participant can upload up to 2 papers within the registration fee. If you wish to upload more than 2 short papers, an additional payment of 50% of the registration fee per paper is required.

Please note that papers submitted via email will not be accepted.
